Enhancing bank app experience: A test case

Our team partnered with a prominent Malaysian bank to test and enhance their mobile application, with a specific focus on providing migrants with an optimized and user-friendly remittance experience. Our objective was to conduct UI/UX research to identify opportunities for improvement and refine the app's functionality.

Tailoring our approach to the unique needs of migrants, we conducted user interviews, usability testing, and gathered feedback to gain deep insights into their pain points and expectations.
